REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE HARDWARE ONLY The hardware will only be available for CRIBS PRODUCED IN 2018 AND AFTER. Hardware packs start at $110.00 which includes the shipping fee (US and Canada only). To order replacement parts for Pali cribs or furniture please email us with the information below and a Pali customer service representative will respond to your e-mail within 48 hours. ALL PARTS ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. Please notice that there will be no refunds issued no matter the circumstance.

Required information
You will be asked to give for any Pali crib that you require parts:

• The model
• The color
• The production date

Cribs: This information is situated on the same side of the Pali sticker, however, on the inside where the drawer would be.
Other furniture: You may also find on some furniture (other than cribs) a sticker situated on the back of the furniture.

Ordering information required:

• Full name
• Shipping address
• Visa or MasterCard number and its expiration date
